Shipping & Handling Policy

General Shipping Days are business days Monday through Friday. Individual Sellers may ship during the weekend if they have that in their individual seller shipping & handling policies.

* Standard delivery is available for all U.S. addresses. APO/FPO military address deliveries arrive within 4-10 business days via USPS.

** Express & Next Day deliveries are not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and other certain areas our parcel carriers cannot reach.

*** International delivery is not available for international P.O. boxes. If your country isn’t listed on our drop-down country box, we’re currently unable to ship there.

Please note: “Business day” refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Next Day requested on Fridays is not available for Saturday arrival. Sales shipped to customers are FOB shipping point.

ORDER TRACKING

For online orders, just click on the link in your confirmation email. If you placed a phone order, please call our Customer Service Team. Unfortunately tracking is not available for international delivery.

SALES TAX

Sales Tax are based on the order’s “Ship To” address.

COLORADO RESIDENTS

Effective July 1, 2022, Colorado imposes a $0.27 retail delivery fee on all customers with orders that are mailed, shipped or otherwise delivered to a Colorado address. The macmarketplc.com and Tenth Month Enterprise, LLC (collectively referred to as “Operator”, “Us”, “We”), collects and remits the CO Retail Delivery Fee on your behalf. The CO Retail Delivery Fee applies to all orders that are shipped to a Colorado address, including in-store orders that are shipped to Colorado. For online orders, the CO Retail Delivery Fee will appear on your receipt as a separate line item from taxes and shipping fees (if any). For in-store orders, the CO Retail Delivery Fee will be included in the Taxes line item. Note: The Colorado Retail Delivery Fee amount is subject to change; it is non-refundable and due and owing even if you qualify for free shipping. We are unable to waive the CO Retail Delivery Fee for any reason.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping to a country outside the U.S. is not currently available. When we do start shipping to countries outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country’s local customs office.

SALES TAX

All orders originating and shipping to the following states will be charged a sales tax. Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. No sales tax will be applied to any order shipped to one of the above states that originated from outside the shipping state.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that the seller can change or cancel an order after it has been placed, but our sellers will do their very best to assist you. If you wish to make a change or cancellation, please contact the seller as soon as possible after placing the order. Please make sure to include your order number in any correspondence to assist the seller in locating your order. 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally shipped by our sellers Monday – Friday. Each seller could implement their own order processing. Understanding that our goal is to have your orders ship as quickly as possible. The processing of an order generally takes place within 1 business day from the time it was received. In the event of a holiday order processing will resume on the next business day. Special or custom orders are subject to each seller. Please confirm with the seller before ordering a custom product.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES

Credit cards will be processed at the time an order has been shipped.

PRICING

All prices are quoted in U.S. currency and all orders will be transacted in U.S. currency or acceptable ISO 200222 compliant crypto currencies. All prices of products are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information, however, some of the items on our web site may be mis-priced or are no longer available at the time you place your order. Please contact the seller should you encounter a pricing discrepancy.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product listed at the incorrect price. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, our purchase processing will charge you the lower amount. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, the seller will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you still wish to purchase

DISCOUNT CODES & SALES

All discount codes (coupon codes) unless marked otherwise are only valid on regularly priced (non-sale) items and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Discount codes can be entered on the Cart page prior to checkout. If you experience any problems with a Discount Code, please contact the seller promoting their discount (coupon) code. All sales and discounts are only available while seller’s supplies last.

BACKORDER POLICY

Our seller’s products may be made when you place your order. Occasionally items may take longer to produce and our sellers will update the product’s specific shipping notice. If any item in your order has this notice, the normal manufacturing and processing time will be affected. Since your payment will be processed when your order gets shipped, the item affected by the delay won’t be charged until it is shipped. If there were other items in your order, the shipping of your other items from the same seller could also get delayed as each seller will decide if they will split your order into several packages.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the seller, you may return your item within 30 days of your order date. The item item will need to be in it’s original packaging. The seller may provide a full refund of the original purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges. Please contact the seller to ensure credit. Please make sure to have all paperwork enclosed with the returning product. Please allow 14 business days for the seller to process your return.

The Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on all returns at the current carrier rates, except where defective or mis-shipped products are sent. We recommend that you pack the item securely in the original shipping carton, that you insure the package and that you keep the shipping receipt on hand until the credit is issued.

To process your return, you’ll need to complete and submit a return request. Enter your order number as well as the email address used to place the order. You will then be prompted to answer a few simple questions about your product to determine your eligibility. Once approved you will be provided with return instructions including a Return Number.

As soon as the returned product has been received and processed by our seller, your original form of payment will be credited. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credits to appear on their customers’ records, so please allow one or two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

If an item is received beyond the 30 day return period, without an approved Return Number or is not in “returnable” condition as described above, you will not be eligible for refund or replacement and will be responsible to pay for the item to be shipped back to you. After 30 days, if payment is not received for the return shipping of the non-returnable goods, the product will no longer be available.
Note that items purchased from a seller on www.macmarketplc.com can only be returned to that specific seller. 

FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE

If your seller on macmarketplc.com order included a free gift with purchase, you MUST comply with the seller’s free gift policy and follow their individual free gift policy when returning your order. If you fail to return your free item, the seller (at their own discretion) can deduct the retail value from your refund. As with all product returns, the FREE GIFT item must be unused and in its original packaging.

SHIPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY

At this time of this policy, macmarketplc.com offer domestic shipping services. For domestic shipping, FedEx shipping services available are FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, FedEx 2-Day Air and FedEx Standard Overnight. Standard shipping service will be USPS first class, parcel, and priority service. Order that fit the USPS first class classifications will get shipped first class. All other orders will be shipped either via USPS Parcel or Priority mail. For larger items, FedEx Ground/Home Delivery will be used. Expedited shipping options are available to you within the checkout process. Please note that FedEx 2-Day Air and FedEx Standard Overnight only deliver Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather and we do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/DPO/FPO addresses.

FLAT RATE & FREE SHIPPING

Our seller may offer Flat Rate Shipping and Free Shipping are ONLY eligible for orders shipped within the continental United States.

Our sellers Flat rate shipping is individually calculated per item based on the number of items in your order. Our seller’s shipping policies will determine their flat rate shipping price. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be billed the standard rate provided by USPS / FedEx.

Our sellers may provide Free Shipping as one of their loyalty programs and is earned each calendar year. The Free Shipping will be automatically applied to your checkout as long as you’re logged in and your account is current. You will reach eligibility status when your order value of all your orders meet the seller’s thresh hold amount (excluding shipping & handling). The eligibility period begins January 1st of each year.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from us and/or the seller containing your tracking information. With this number, you will be able to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND REFUSED DELIVERY

We will make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to insure it is recognized as a valid address with the carrier partners. If we are unable to validate the address and our sellers are unable to contact you to provide an updated address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

In the event you provide an incorrect or partial shipping address when placing your order and it’s returned by the carrier or if delivery is refused and returned to sender, our sellers will cancel the order and provide a full refund of the original purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.

Macmarketplc.com or our parent company Tenth Month Enterprises, LLC, will not be held responsible If you provide the wrong shipping address and we are unable to recover the package.

MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

If you didn’t receive your order but the shipping carrier is reporting that it has been delivered, please contact us and the seller as soon as possible. We and/or the seller will file a claim with the carrier who will perform a detailed investigation and potentially involve local law enforcement to recover your package. Upon completion of this investigation we will replace or refund your order as needed. Please allow up to 31 business days for the completion of the investigation.
