Shipping Options for your customers

Available Shipping Options

Shipping methods have been enabled to help you provide excellent service to your customers. Without trusted shipping partnerships, your customer's experience would suffer and your reputation would also decline. Continued shipping issues would further degrade your customer's experience with your online store and thus adversely affecting your success.
We understand shipping is a huge function to ensure your customers will continue to support you as well as continue to support the marketplace as a whole. At this time, we as a marketplace do not ship your products as we do not have a facility where you can send in your products and we fulfill your order. To this end, we have enabled three major carriers to help you in providing your customers with the best in class in shipping and handling.

SHIPPING VIA USPS

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the primary shipping carrier primary for the convenience in shipping your products. You don’t need to have an account with USPS to use their services. You can print your ticket from your home or office, and In some locations, you can also schedule your packages to be picked up from your location and avoid the lines at the post office.
If you are taking your package to the local post office, USPS has enabled their QR Code function where you don’t have to print the label. You simple select the post office that has the QR Code functions in place. There are many locations that have this function today even in smaller cities and towns. This will save you printing the label and affixing it onto your package. For this option, you would pay in advance from your computer and an email will be sent to you with the QR code. When you’re at the post office, the attendant will scan the QR code and they will print and affix your label to your package.
Tracking your package is simple and updates are provided with each USPS tracking number and available via your seller dashboard.

SHIPPING VIA UPS

Another option is to ship via United Parcel Service. For this option, the seller will need to have their own UPS account information. As the marketplace, we’ll configure your store and enable UPS as a shipping method should you decide this is a shipping carrier you want to provide your customers.
The weight of your items is used to calculate the real-time shipping rate. Once your customer is ready to complete their order, they would select the UPS service and complete the checkout process. You will receive an email with your label in which you can print the label and affix it to the package.
Tracking your package is simple and updates are provided with each UPS tracking number and available via your seller dashboard.

SHIPPING VIA FEDEX

The other shipping carrier we have enabled on the marketplace is Federal Express or better known as FedEx. This shipping method works very similar to UPS and you’ll need to have an account with FedEx to use this shipping method.
Similar to UPS, FedEx shipping is also based on weight of the item. Once your customer has completed checkout, you will receive an email with the shipping label. You’ll need to print and affix the label to your package and FedEx will then send it to your customer.
Tracking your package is simple and updates are provided with each FedEx tracking number and available via your seller dashboard.
